International SOS is committed to safeguarding your personal data.
Our Data Protection Policy sets out the principles we follow
and you can find additional information in our Privacy Notice.
To make a Data Subject Rights Request, please complete and submit this form to our Privacy Team.
Requests submitted will be stored in the European Union and may be accessed by International SOS employees in other countries in order to assess and, where applicable, fulfil your request. Where your request involves access to call recordings, and we need to redact or transcribe those recordings to respond, we may use vetted vendors to support this work. This may involve transferring your personal data outside the EU/UK, including to the United States.
When we transfer data internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (or Addendum), carry out transfer risk assessments where required, and require equivalent technical and organisational security measures. These include encryption in transit and at rest, strict role-based access controls, confidentiality undertakings, and audit logging. International SOS remains responsible for your data throughout.
Attachments you provide, or that we provide to you in fulfilling your request, will be deleted from the request record 90 days after the completion or closure of your case.
By submitting a request, you confirm that you have read this notice and acknowledge it.
If you wish to discuss this before submitting a request, please email privacy@internationalsos.com
